AI अब सिर्फ टेक कंपनियों तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा। New Delhi के Bharat Mandapam में हुए India AI Impact Summit 2026 में यह साफ हो गया कि यह Technology अब गांव के किसान, दूरदराज के मरीज़ और पहली पीढ़ी के छात्र तक पहुंचेगी। PM Narendra Modi ने 19 फरवरी को इस ऐतिहासिक Summit का उद्घाटन करते हुए कहा कि AI को “Human Values में Anchor” करना होगा यह सिर्फ बड़ी Companies का Tool नहीं, बल्कि देश के 140 करोड़ लोगों की ज़िंदगी बदलने का ज़रिया है।
यह Summit इसलिए खास है क्योंकि यह पहली बार था जब कोई Global AI Summit Global South में यानी एक Developing Country में हुआ। 100 से ज़्यादा देशों के Delegates, 20 से ज़्यादा Heads of State, 60 Ministers और 500 Global AI Leaders सब New Delhi में जमा हुए।
लेकिन इस बार Agenda था अलग सिर्फ Technology की बात नहीं, बल्कि इसका Real-World Impact। तो जानते हैं AI आम इंसान की ज़िंदगी में कैसे घुसेगा?
किसान: फसल से पहले ही मिलेगी चेतावनी
भारत में आज भी 60 करोड़ से ज़्यादा लोग खेती से जुड़े हैं। उनकी सबसे बड़ी दुश्मन है अनिश्चितता। कब बारिश आएगी? कौन सा कीड़ा फसल बर्बाद कर देगा? कब बाज़ार में दाम गिरेंगे?
Summit में बताया गया कि AI अब यही काम करेगा पहले से बताएगा।
Kisan e-Mitra: यह एक Voice-Based AI Chatbot है जो किसानों को PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi की जानकारी देता है। 11 Regional Languages में बात कर सकता है। रोज़ 20,000 से ज़्यादा Queries Handle करता है और अब तक 95 लाख से अधिक सवालों के जवाब दे चुका है। बिना Internet की ज़रूरत, बिना Smartphone की बस एक आवाज़ काफी है।
Bharat-VISTAAR Platform: Union Budget 2026-27 में Propose किया गया यह एक Multilingual AI Platform है जो ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) की Agricultural Practices को AI से जोड़ेगा। किसान को पता चलेगा कब बोएं, कब काटें, कितना खाद डालें।
MausamGPT: India Meteorological Department ने AI-Based Hybrid Models Deploy किए हैं जो Rainfall, Lightning, Fog और Fire की Prediction करते हैं। अब किसान को पता होगा अगले 7 दिनों में क्या होगा वो भी Local Language में।
AI-Powered Drones फसलों की Health Monitor करते हैं, Satellite Imagery से Harvest Forecast होती है और Market Price Prediction से किसान समझ पाते हैं कि कब बेचें और कब रोकें।
Summit में World Bank की Report ने बताया एक Basic Smartphone से फसल पर कीड़े की Photo खींचो, AI तुरंत बता देगा यह कौन सा Pest है और इसका इलाज क्या है।
🏥 स्वास्थ्य: जहां Doctor नहीं पहुंचा, वहां AI पहुंचेगा
India में Rural Areas में Doctor-to-Patient Ratio बेहद कम है। कई गांवों में Specialist Doctor तो दूर, Basic Diagnosis भी मुश्किल है। यहीं AI Game Changer साबित हो सकता है।
Summit में Healthcare के लिए कई Concrete Solutions पेश हुए:
TB और Cancer की Early Detection: AI-Based Medical Image Analysis अब Remote Areas में भी TB, Cancer और Neurological Disorders पकड़ सकती है वो भी Portable Handheld Devices से, जिन्हें Constant Broadband की ज़रूरत नहीं। Niramai Health Analytics जैसी Companies ने Summit में ऐसे Solutions Demonstrate किए।
AI Telemedicine: AI-Powered Chatbots और Symptom Checkers Rural Patients को Doctors से Connect कर रहे हैं घर बैठे। Travel नहीं, Wait नहीं। Dr. Geetha Manjunath (Niramai), WHO और Apollo Hospitals के Experts ने मिलकर इस Vision को Summit में Share किया।
Predictive Analytics: AI अब Disease Outbreaks का पहले से अनुमान लगा सकता है Flu Season से पहले Alert, Dengue की Wave से पहले तैयारी।
BHASHINI Platform: यह Platform 36 Text Languages और 22 Voice Languages में काम करता है। मतलब एक आदिवासी मरीज़ अपनी भाषा में Doctor से बात कर सकता है, AI Translate करेगा।
India ने Summit में HealthAI Global Platform से Engagement का भी ऐलान किया यानी Safe और Ethical AI in Healthcare के लिए Global Standards अपनाए जाएंगे।

शिक्षा: हर बच्चे के लिए Personal Teacher
Summit में Education के लिए सबसे Inspiring Vision पेश हुआ। World Bank की Report ने बताया AI Tutors उन Students की Learning में इतना सुधार कर रहे हैं जो एक Extra Year की Schooling के बराबर है। और यह सब एक Smartphone पर।
DIKSHA Platform: यह National Digital Education Platform AI का इस्तेमाल करके Content को हर Student के लिए Personalize करता है। Slow Learner को धीरे-धीरे समझाएगा, Advanced Student को आगे ले जाएगा। Language Barrier हो तो AI Regional Language में Content दे देगा।
AI Tutoring Systems: 24/7 Available। Instant Feedback। कोई Judgment नहीं। एक बच्चा जो Class में सवाल पूछने से डरता है वो AI से बेझिझक पूछ सकता है।
National Education Policy 2020 + AI: CBSE Curriculum में AI Learning Integrate हो रही है। YUVAi जैसे Initiatives Students को Practical AI Skills दे रहे हैं ताकि वो इसे Use करें, न सिर्फ इसके बारे में पढ़ें।
Summit में बताया गया कि AI-Powered Language Translation अब Regional Languages में Content Deliver कर सकती है यानी एक First-Generation Learner भी World-Class Education पा सकता है।
🇮🇳 PM Modi का National AI Research Grid बड़ा ऐलान
Summit के सबसे बड़े Announcements में से एक था National AI Research Grid। PM Modi ने इसे Launch करने का ऐलान किया जो Universities, Startups और Public Institutions को एक Shared Compute Infrastructure देगा। मतलब एक छोटे गांव का Startup भी वही Computing Power इस्तेमाल कर पाएगा जो बड़ी Tech Companies के पास है।
इसके अलावा Microsoft ने Summit में Announce किया कि वे दशक के अंत तक Lower-Income Countries में AI लाने के लिए $50 Billion Invest करेंगे।
और एक Record भी बना Summit के दौरान 24 घंटों में 2,50,946 लोगों ने AI Responsibility Campaign के लिए Pledge किया जो Guinness World Record बन गया।

असली सवाल – क्या यह सब हकीकत बनेगा?
Outlook India ने Summit के बारे में एक ज़रूरी बात कही यह Summit Pass होने वाला नहीं, Era Mark करने वाला होना चाहिए। Exhibition Floors पर Prototypes थे AI-Assisted TB Screening, Crop Advisory Systems, Speech-to-Text Tools। यह सब सपने नहीं, “Prototypes in Motion” हैं।
लेकिन असली सवाल यह है, क्या ये Pilot Projects Policy और Budget में Integrate होंगे? क्या Global Attention के बाद भी ये Startups को Long-Term Capital मिलेगा?
जवाब तो वक्त देगा लेकिन Direction साफ है।
AI अब Silicon Valley के Server Rooms से निकलकर UP के खेत, Rajasthan के गांव के अस्पताल और Bihar के सरकारी School तक पहुंचने की तैयारी में है। और अगर यह वादा पूरा हुआ तो यह India की सबसे बड़ी Technology Revolution होगी।
